Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping for orders over $100 within USA. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail with Tracking included.

Over night shipping available, USPS Priority Express mail with Tracking included.

For international shipping - USPS First Class Mail or International Priority Mail. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us info@anodtodesign.com, We will try to help figuring out the best rate for you.

Please allow 2-3 business days for  processing your order before shipping. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order ships. Please keep an eye on tracking for when your package arrives.

A Nod To Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking says that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your mail or delivery driver, neighbors, or possible places it could have been hidden. If you are concerned about your package being left on your doorstep, please send us an email immediately following the placement of your order, requesting a signature required delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love the items you found at A Nod To Design. If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your package.

All returns must be discussed prior to return. All items must be unused and in original packaging. When returning items, we recommend that you make sure the items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure that your return is sent via trackable method. A Nod To Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

 

For items bought through our stockist please contact them directly and follow their return policy. All Items sold at fairs, made to order items, custom orders and sale items are final sale and nonrefundable.

Please note, due to the fact that all jewelry items are hand made, there may be slight variation in sizes, color and texture, but we consider this to be the beauty and uniqueness of hand made items. All jewelry are guaranteed for 3 months after purchase, and will be repaired or replaced if broken due to construction. Not all beads can be matched exactly and refunds will be given in these instances. For repairs or replacements not due to construction, buyers are responsible for return shipping, additional charges may apply for materials and labor. Those policy only apply to items bought from our website. If you bought from our stockist please contact them directly and follow their repair policy.
